Welcome to Mavelyra. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services, digital materials, and physical items provided at mavelyra.com. By engaging with Mavelyra, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Mavelyra offers custom art creation and consultation services as described on the website. All service requests require full payment at booking. Scheduling details and deliverables will be confirmed by email.

2. Digital Materials

Digital art tutorials and design guides are available for download immediately after purchase. Access to digital materials is granted via a secure link provided upon payment.

3. Physical Goods

Mavelyra offers printed art and merchandise shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times vary by destination.

4. Refund Policy

Client satisfaction is important to us. Refunds are handled according to the category:

• Services: A full refund will be issued if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 10 business days. If cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before the start, no refund is available, but you may reschedule the service once within 30 days of the original date.
• Digital Materials: Eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the download link has not been accessed. After the link is used, refunds are not provided due to the nature of digital delivery.
• Physical Goods: Items in original condition may be sent back within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. You are responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, the credit is applied within 10 business days.

5. Modifications to Terms

Mavelyra reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting at mavelyra.com. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
